I have done some MODs on my forums and change all the colors to look like my web site. My forum link is at http://www.kekra.net/forum/ and my web site is at http://www.kekra.net/. If you like my forum and/or my web site you can post it in my forums. Note: It's a start.

pretty okay kc539 :-)

Close to being harsh for the eyes your colors, but actually not, I would never have picked so strong colors myself, though I do have picked some strong colors on my forums. But actually I think your colors work alright ;-)
Keep up the good work ;-)

looks like a good start but 1 suggestion if nothing else...

change your link color from red on that red background, it
just doesnt work and is highly unreadable.

Change the color for that background.

Your category cell colour looks bad.

I meant red font on that category colour is almost unreadable. Some lighter colour would suit the category cell background.

EDIT:

Oh your logo is black on the black background too. You think a better logo would suit your site?

Ouch, I can't stand the yellow!

Choose darker colors...

It is kind of hard to tell when you cant actually go into the forums but have to "look at the front". From what I can see the contrast is too bright and the red on yellow-orange is a little hard on the eyes.
After deciding on a better color scheme, maybe you could add some gradients, too?

Ok, take a look at this site:

http://www.5k.dk/2001/bidrag/11/index.html

This little utility will help you match colors, it´s very easy to use.
