I'd change the color of the font. The dark background makes black text hard to read - especially when you mouseover.

I don't feel completely comfortable giving suggestions on cosmetics since some of my stuff looks so bad. Having thrown out the disclaimer here it goes...

I really like the logo by Faizan. But the green lettering in the logo doesn't stand out as much as I would like against the green background.
Maybe customize the Snitz logo to match your theme.
Play with the default font color to get it to be a tiny bit easier to read on the green background.
Try a different gradient on the header cells.

Like I said, I may be the last one to listen to when it comes to makin' it perty!
