I have a serious hardware problem here. The problem is my CDROM drive keep eject and close by itself almost every few seconds. Initially, it just happens once a while but now getting more and more frequent.

I also have CDWR. My CDROM is the master while my CDWR is the slave (shown by the description when I reboot my pc). Some said this is due to the clash between these 2 drive. But, even if this is true I have no idea how to FIX it. It just keep bugging me. Hardware specialist, what is the best solution? My last option is to bring my pc to the technical but I really hope that I can settle it because it is really troublesome to bring it around.

Thanks in advance for all help.

Possibly a faulty drawer switch on the front panel of the CDROM or some naughty virus activity!?
