Is there a way to make a color skin to be default?

colors are set in admin options. the same colors will appear for everyone. the base code does not allow for users to choose "skins"

Do you mean the Crash's Admin Options MOD version: 3.00, because there are not so many options :-(

If you use a package or portal version, I suggest you get support from the person(s) who made that. Your best chance of getting the right answer is if you do that. There's very little we can do for you here when it comes to features that aren't in the base code unless someone happens to know the feature.
