Hmm... I like the logo, but the domain made me think for a while.. But I only just realised that it's your last name, so sorry about that. 
As everyone said, it's too much green as well. But if thats what you like, it doesn't matter us. And by the way, "Chatrooms" link in the header doesn't work.
