Hi, Does anyone know how i could get one of my fields in the post.asp to pre-insert the system time into it is there some code?

Use Now() for the value of the input, from memory you need to do something like :
Response.Write "<input value=""" & Now() & """>"
that should be close. |

OK, try this :

I changed it to time because I read that it is all you need. |

i saw the code there laser but didn't fully understand it all as it was in relation to your autolock mod.
its my wish to have a drop a down list on my post form with the numbers 1,2,3 as a choice if the user scrolls down and chooses 3 then in the message area of the post it will read severity :3 and so on.
i want to be able to assign a severity code to each message (does that make sense?)
Also laser i know that this is a big ask so i do appreciate any time you give to me thanks again mate. |

Oh, OK, different question now  . If you want the sev.level in the actual message text then it is actually quite easy (assuming you don't want to edit the sev.level using the same method). I will create a little MOD for you tomorrow. I'm assuming you want the sev.level as the first line in the message ? |
