Hi all In privateread.asp for private messages, the ICQ AIM MSN YAHOO icons are showing up regardless of what I have set in my profile information and when I click on one you get this error in the pop up window-
error '80020009' Exception occurred.

I know others have had this problem to, can someone help me with this one. Cheers

Thank you masterao. After a little editing, your privateread.asp that you posted fixed the problem, Thank you very much!
Now I have found that I have the same error in the pop up window for active_users.asp

This error has only occur since I installed the Private Messages mod. I tried to implement the changes you made in privateread.asp into active_users.asp in many different ways but my understanding of coding is a little bit limited and well... I did not succeed. Could you or anybody, please post a text copy of your active_users.asp (if you have the Active Users mod) so I could take a look at it.
