I am trying to re-format the way dates are displayed in this MOD. I made the changes to inc_newsbody.asp suggested here (nearer the bottom).
I decided, later, to eliminate the date box entirely and place the date (in dd/mm/yyyy format) where the "By:" info normally is.
I have succesfully commented out the date boxes, removed the "By" info and replaced it with the date but:
- it doesn't show if the item date is the same as today's date. 
- it is in the wrong format. I want it displayed as 1 Nov 2003 like it is in the rest of my forum.
