I have a stock version of Snitz v3.4.03 with the following mods:
Avatar Mod v3.4.13 Poll Mod v3.4.206 Smile Manager Plus v.1.3
All the mods are working correctly (small problem with polls but I wrote about that in a different message).
Everything is fine except subscriptions.
Under "administrative functions/feature configuration" I have subscriptions set to "subscribe to whole board".
However, there is no subscription text in the top right menu, there are no subscription options when i edit categories, and when categories and topics are displayed there is no subscription icon.
Basically, the only place in the entire site that I can see anything about subscriptions (icons or text) is in the admin menu. I even tried turning that feature off and back on but it didn't change anything.
