What mod are you refering to? ConquerChat is a seperate chat program from the forum. You should first make sure the chat program is working. You can find support for ConquerChat at: http://www.theill.com/snitzforum/default.asp?CAT_ID=7.
If you have the chat working but are trying to integrate it into your forum we need to know more about what mod you are using.
