Before testing out the following sites I'd like to know if someone else has seen something similar or maybe better.
- www.glance.net
- www.webex.com

We basically have customers with simple support questions about installed software and fixing the problem online is quicker than explaining it...

I've been at the customer end of Expert City's Desktop Streaming product which has worked well. You might want to evaluate this one also.
