I have a db driven drop down box in a form that displays correctly... however when submit it does not include anything after a space...

ie
Display:
Snitz Forums

Input into db:
Snitz

any ideas here...

after reviewing my crystal ball, I would venture to say that you may not be using the <select> tag correctly. does your resemble something like this?

<select name="frmSelect">
<option>Choice 1
<option>Choice 2
</select>

if so, it should look like this:

<select name="frmSelect">
<option value="Choice 1">Choice 1
<option value="Choice 2">Choice 2
</select>

it sounds like you are missing the quotes around the value
ie
<option value=Choice 1>Choice 1</option> is wrong
<option value="Choice 1">Choice 1</option> is correct

The line was like DriversSelect = DriversSelect & "<OPTION value=" & Driver & ">" & Driver & "</OPTION>"

so DavidRhodes was correct... somehow the double quotes had been removed from the line.... however adding the double quotes back fixed it....
