How do i increase the file size that can be uploaded?

I figure it's here.

If allowFile and byteCount <= 80000 Then

OR

If byteCount < 1000 Then
strFileSize = Round(byteCount,2) & " Bytes"
ElseIf strFileSize < 1000000 Then
strFileSize = Round(byteCount/1000,2) & " KB"
Else
strFileSize = Round(byteCount/1000000,2) & " MB"

probably the first one. Have you tried changing it and then test it to see if that was it?

I have done that route before and 10 hrs later no progress, so i thought i would look, ask and then implement. Will try now.

There seems to be another problem then. I get a time out and thought it was due to the file size.

Time outs would most likely to be because your server can't Handel it.....it is Pure ASP after all. Don't expect too much. Get a component for BIG uploads.
