I really believe the majority of our support questions we're dealing with are the result of 3rd party privacy/popup blocker/ad blocker applications and users who don't know how to use them.
Things like NIS (Norton Internet Security), Google's toolbar with popup blocker, Mozilla, etc. are very nice, but they cause so many problems when used by people who don't know anything about them.

Somedays I wish I could just turn them all off! 
It's not bad when dealing with the popular/mainstream stuff, but it's the obscure never-heard-of stuff.
What's fustrating is when people blame it on "us" or complain the site is broken when it's really on their end where the fault lies.  |
