I installed latest mod according to the instructions in the readme file. After I selected a file and pressed 'Upload file...' buttom, the buttom text was changed to 'Wait..uploading image..'. But after a while, the popup window showed 'The page cannot be displayed'. I checked 'uploaded' directory, the file was uploaded.

Appreciate for any hints!!

Turn off friendly HTTP errors in Internet Explorer (Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Show friendly HTTP error messages) to get a better desription of the exact problem, assuming your server doesn't throw up it's own page for 500 errors. My guess is that you're trying to upload a large file and the script is timing out.

Search is your friend

Thanks for quick reply !!

The exact error message is:
"Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005'

Invalid procedure call or argument

/outputFile.aspŁ¬Line 55 "

and Line 55 of outputfile.asp is:
"
MyFile.Write chr(AscB(MidB(value,i,1)))
"
Does this imply that I don't have write permission on the 'uploaded' directory?? As I hosted my web site on an external server, I can only manage my website using FTP tools. I created 'uploaded' directory under my forum's root directory, and I noticed that a subdirectory (using forum's login name) was created automatically and the file was uploaded into this subdirectory. So it seemed the write permission is there?

Besides, the testing file I tried to upload was really small - 5k only.

Appreciate you could provide further assistance on this one!!
