Hi all,
Sorry for posting this possibly in the wrong place (if it should go somewhere else, apart from the bin, please tell me and I'll move it).
I'm fairly new here, but I'm playing a game where I need to get people to click on my link to add "soldiers" to "army". It's called Kings of Chaos- maybe some of you are playing it, if not and you want to, please feel free to join up and become part of the Kaos Kartel.
Either way, if you could just take 30secs (once a day would be sooooooo appreciated) to click this link:

masterao: I did read that in the rules, but they only come into effect if you actually win a prize, and the chance of that are highly slim indeed- point taken though.
I know I should know better, but until I learn to grow up, if you can help it would be great. |

Those rules are for all participants of KoC, atleast that is what the KoC webmaster wrote in an email he sent to me regarding some KoC posts on my forum.
If the admins here allow you to keep that post, you are in the clear. I just posted the link and the quote so that those in charge can decide what to do. |

As a KoC player I'm not too keen on people posting their links in non-games related forums. Otherwise you end up flooded with posts. Of course, if the Snitz team let it stay...  |

HuwR, thanx for the understanding, I'll totally understand if it goes.
dpmcalister, I know what your saying there, butI don't really see any other way of getting clicks- I've not got many mates that come online.
Doug G, the idea is that you get people to click your link and thereby give you another soldier, and hence a bigger army. The contention is about how you get the clicks and where you post it. The rules say you can't just spam the world as that defeats the purpose of the game... as to whether it's allowed here, I'm sure HuwR will do the right thing.... and which ever way he goes, I won't grumble.
As an aside, the game server seems to down at the moment, so you can't click the link.... even if you wanted to! |
