Right click on the items that are indicated as downloads and select "save target as" - and saveit to your hard drive. Then unzip it with Winzip (free tool).
Then follow any instructions to make changes to existing pages. Then use FTP to go to your host server... rename the old files to another name (as backup), then FTP the new files to your host.
