I'd like to have the mouse pointer change color as the user browses the my forum and then have it restored once they leave. Is this possible?

Thanks

Kitt

I don't know of any scripting that would do that, I think thats out of the scope of Javascript or VBScript, its configurable by the user not the web designer. I may be wrong tho... This link might help look for things you can do with the mouse cursor (eg. moving images around following the cursor like a pointer)

I wouldn't worry too much about your mouse colour clashing with your site colours if I were you, its an unchangeable, and users do not really care (at least I don't ) if the arrow colour "clashes". I for one prefer it, if it was the same colour as your site it would be hard to see on the screen, and hence more difficult to navigate. Sorry I couldn't help more

you can use your own cursors by using CSS and custom .cur files. I used to do that, but you have to make sure the .cur file is as small as possible so it won't have to load every time you've hovered over links and such.
