On default.asp I get the following error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '88a000d'
Type mismatch: 'fLang'
/MaxWebPortal/forum/inc_activeusers.asp line 141

On admin_home I get the same but points to line 131 of admin_home

Any help would be appreciated!

You can find the answer here. You missed to add the internationalization part of the mod (detailed at the end of the readme-file).
