i'm getting lot's of E-mail with attchment and a message of this: See the attached file for details my NAV is taking care of this but still i have to delete more then 200 e-mail evrey day. is there a way not to get those e mails at all?

if you have access to a webmail interface, you can add a rule to delete all messages where the body contains "see attached file for details", or have them sent to a special account that you don't download. I did that, and only check the spam account online to check if there's no real email in there, then I just delete all spam/virus emails. |

it's like a website where you can check your email... ask your host if they provide one or not. Most, if not all, allow you to create/edit/delete email boxes and aliasses (addresses) there, as well as setting rules on what to do with emails when they arrive. Either the host has information on how to use their webamil interface, or there are help files accessible from the webmail interface. |

if you are using outlook as your client, you can set up a rule to delete those emails automatically. you would still be downloading them, but at least they won't be in your inbox. |
