I set the active users time to 20 mins yet there is one who can stay on all day and still show active without being active. How? You think he has a timer and every 20 mins. he clicks on something?

Which page is he shown to visit? Some pages have a refresh-function in them, which allows the page to reload at different intervals. Active Topics and Active Users if configured so (active_users.asp) are two such pages.

Installed active users today...everything appears to be working but in the "Active Users Configuration" under Admin Options, the help ?? on the right side of each option bring up blank dialolg boxes.

Any sugestions. Running latest version of both Forum and Active Users and have Poll installed.

run4priz, Im not sure if the error you recieve is a bug. Have you tried to re-add the AU-code to pop_config_help.asp?

Apparently the early morning is not the right time to make updates. I had some extra code in that section. Thanks for the clear thought. Help section is now visible.

Early mornings can be good for many things, but coding isn't always one of those things . Im glad you got it working.
