This is not really a mod - it's a stand-alone page that uses your config.asp file to show you all the web colors displayed against your alternating topic cell background colors. Simply upload this page as admin_web_colors.asp and refer to it as necessary.
The page is 1600 lines long, so I have made it available as a downloadable ZIP file.

It pops up a page with all webcolors matched against your topic cell background colors:
See here for an example. My topic background colors are whitesmoke and gainsboro.

Just guessing here, but it would seem to be a MOD that would help you choose colors for your forum. Correct me if I'm wrong, Jördan. |

TestMagic, that's precisely correct. We were trying to select appropriate colors for some user awards that we're about to post, and it seemed more reasonable to have a single display of all the possibilities rather than just going through multiple test runs. Since it's my moderators who make the choices, I wanted to give them something to look at, so I just posted a link to the page in a post in my private moderators forums.
Just thought it might be useful...didn't mean to confuse anyone.
I suppose if someone wanted to make the choice of background cell colors actively selectable, it might be even more useful. Right now it picks up your topic background colors (the alternating ones) from your config.asp. |

Whoops! We changed the hosting URL a couple of months ago.
Here's the corrected link. |
