<b>New</b>
This version is the first version to have integrated upgrade functionality for Access 97 / SQL-Server (updates the database from Version 3 Release Candidate 1 and newer to the current version) and install functionality for SQL-Server.
Because it's new, expect it to be a bit buggy, so <b>backup</b> your database first !!
You can get to the setup page by using:

Other things in this version that are new since V3.1 sr2:
<li>Statistics, with the added option for the admin to choose wether or not to display them. Also fixed for count-error when using forums hidden for the logged on member.</li>
<li>The modified by Membername mod, where I made sure that with deletion or moving of a topic/reply the modified by is updated. Also I used Member_ID insteat of M_NAME</li>
<li>Access to Send Topic to Friend and Email Poster now is selectable, de admin can decide if you can use this when not logged on. If so, you can insert a name/email in the popup etc.</li>
<li>Optional topic paging in forum.asp and active.asp</li>
<li>You only see the edit/delete etc. icons you can use</li>
<li>Previous Topic / Next Topic in Topic.asp</li>
<li>Added auto-logoncode when using DB-authentication</li>
<li>Moved config-variables into Application object. They get reloaded if an administrator changed the options. Doesn't use Global.asa</li>
<li>Admin can set items per page and pagenumbers per row.</li>
<li>Admin can have the Powered by icon replaced by a textstring</li>
As for the bugfixes just take a look at the Bug Reports (Open) forum, for the bugs closed and not yet moved to the Bug Reporst (Closed) forum:
<li>URL parserbug</li>
<li>"Fix" for logout problem</li>
<li>Send to friend error</li>
<li>Signature error message and checks</li>
<li>Wrong topics/post counts when moving topics <font color=green>or deleting Category or Forum</font id=green></li>
<li>E-mail address not being converted to link</li>
<li>Some minor typing errors #1</li>
<li>Some more typos</li>
<li>Size attribute set wrong</li>
<li>Check for duplicate ID's</li>
<li>"Fix" for logout problem</li>
<li>Link back to topic when editing or replying fixed (takes you back to defaul.asp in V3 sr2)</li>
<li>Member delete error fixed if postcount was reset to 0</li>
<li>Forumsort-order in Jump To box fixed</li>
<li>Bugfix for not converting forumcode if used in a sig in register.asp</li>
And I know some of you had noticed: no extended profile or extended editor yet. And there are some other great mods waiting to get included, but thats for Beta 3 (or 4,5... <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>)
