Looks good. Are there any features missing that would not be in the microsoft enterprise manager?

Thanks

What are a few that are missing?

What is a good way to transfer over an existing MSSQL database other than restore from backup or use the enterprise manager (which I hear is awfu for that purpose)

Thank you

You could use DTS. Seems quite fit to that job, as long as you choose the right options.

Is the Enterprise manager distributed freely? Seems like it should be, since they are selling the SERVER.

Kinda like how they charge through the nose for Terminal Server, but give away Remote Desktop client connection software.
