If you have added the New Event link beside the New Topic one then all you need to do is go into a topic and post the event.
You could just use this link : /forums/post.asp?method=Topic&event=1&FORUM_ID=1
Replacing the /forums/ with your forum directory and the FORUM_ID=1 with the ID Number of the form your posting the event in.
Good Luck |

In the cal_config.asp file line 19 needs to be edited to include the forums you want to allow event scheduling for.
like:
arrCalForumID = Array(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
Be careful about going over 9 forums in the array as I seem to encounter error messages whenever I enable more than 9 I get errors.
Also, make sure to enable the level of users allowed to post events in the cal_config file. It is set to only Administrators by default I believe.
(mine are running on Win2K / IIS5 / MySQL)` |

The numbers are the forum id numbers. The forum you're posting in now (Help MOD Implementation) as this URL :
http://forum.snitz.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=94
So the forum ID number you want is 94.
To find out YOUR id's, just hover over the forum link or visit each forum and check the URL for the number. |

Should do, you just need a forum to post them into. |

Aw that's great! I had the same problem as LinkinMODE101.
JMT and laser, thanks for the help.
JMT, only 9 forms can be added? That's not cool. Is there a way to expand so it won't error? |
