I'm not sure if what I'm looking for exists either as a forum mod or a standalone package, but perhaps someone can point me in the right direction.
I run a forum on my company intranet which is used to aid co-operation of our multi-location engineering team. I would like to use it to post discussion documents, record replies/comments and facilitate "sign-off" of documents - even if it's a "no comment".
There are probably other "productivity/co-operation" functions which would be useful, but that's my main one.
Does this strike a chord with anyone? Any suggestions?
But, Snitz could work too. I have some coders who do some work for me and I just use Snitz to monitor everything. I guess I chose Snitz because it was simple and easy to use whereas many of the workflow management tools are full of options that I didn't need and didn't have the time to modify the code to make it work exactly how I wanted.
Thanks for the reply. I already use a mod'd Snitz forum just for "general" communication. I have added the events calendar and the file attachment mod and these are useful. I guess I'll probably need to contrive something myself.
