Work mule, I have been on the phpcollab site but as you said the demos down. It does look really good though. But my hosting at present is on a windows set up so php is out.....this is correct, I think? My web guys only use asp so I'm concerned that any customizing would be a hassle.
Your idea about someone here hosting the Convea for me would be great and I would be prepaired to pay. Do you know where the best place is to post this request? Perhaps one of the moderator could point me in the right direction.
At last I can say all is completed and I'm very happy. Its a mix of all the suggestions above. I ended up with ProjectApp got their forum out and added a Snitz. All this was completed for me by "Gremlin" http://www.kiwihosting.net.nz/. Gremlin really pulled the stops out for me and though 8000 miles (I think) away, his customer service was excellent. I really could not recommed him highly enought. I hosted the project manager on http://www.kiwihosting.net.nz/ again smooth, helpful and a rare thing these days, honest and very fair!!
