when a user want to Register.
To be a admin ,i want to Email Validation his register.and then he can to enter my forum.how to set in Admin Section.

Go to Admin Options, select "E-mail Server Configuration", and set "E-mail Validation" to Yes.

i had did so you said
i am debuging this forum at localPC.
when i Regist a new user,don't receive aadmin's letter,and can login with the name and password of the Register.
in Members Pending ,none user can be found.
Who am i?
