Your error is related to your installing the Active Users MOD:
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e37'
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'FORUM_ACTIVE_USERS'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

Make sure you have installed the MOD correctly--hundreds, if not thousands, of users have installed this MOD with no problems, so make sure you've followed the directions carefully.
