The forum "Announcements: Security Related Bug Fixes" shows a last post date of 18 July 2003 yet the last post within that forum was 20 June 2003. Why is this?

actually, I think the post which Davio made on the 18th July was moved, and the last post info is not updated when moving a topic

Ahhh! That makes sense. I usually drop by to check the last post date on that forum to see if I need to update my forum and could not find the post. Thanks for the explanation.
