New user registers and everything works fine. Last page says "you may now post..." then it redirects to forum home page DOUBLED.

Any ideas?

I forgot we added the HTTP_REFER patch for the anti-virus problem.

It's also this modded forum from Server Hacker.

I would say that you need to check the changes you made to add that mod. Looks pretty likely that is the cause for your problems.
