I'm using Snitz 3.4 with Calendar Mod and recently introduced Personalisation Mod. Everything works fine as you would imagine it would. However if you login (name:test, pw:test) and got to change theme, something odd happens. The width of todays date expands to a huge size, BUT it only happens when you select the 'Beige' theme or the 'PX' theme.
Its left be baffled

I think I remember the fix for this...Try taking out the # in the color code. |

Yeah but if you look at the my_theme.txt then you'll see that I haven't use the # in front of the colours.
See below for beige....
Case 5 '####"Beige" STRTITLEIMAGE = "title_forum_beige.gif" strDefaultFontFace = "Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" 'Default Font Face strDefaultFontSize = 1 strHeaderFontSize = 2 strFooterFontSize = 1 strPageBgColor = "CCCCBB" strDefaultFontColor = "000066" strLinkColor = "000099" strLinkTextDecoration = "underline" strVisitedLinkColor = "000066" strVisitedTextDecoration = "underline" strActiveLinkColor = "990000" strHoverFontColor = "990000" strHoverTextDecoration = "underline" strHeadCellColor = "808060" strHeadFontColor = "F9F9F9" strCategoryCellColor = "808060" strCategoryFontColor = "EEEEEE" strForumFirstCellColor = "B9B9A4" strForumCellColor = "B9B9A4" strAltForumCellColor = "CACAB9" strForumFontColor = "000099" strForumLinkColor = "000066" strTableBorderColor = "000000" strPopUpTableColor = "F9F9F9" strPopUpBorderColor = "000000" strNewFontColor = "000066"

Try changing the default font color and see if that helps. I know it has something to do with the color code. |

Thanks for your time Heynow,
I started from scratch again and made sure that all forum colours in the admin section had no '#' before them. The forum worked fine.
Then I proceeded to add the Personalisation Modification. Again, when I choose 'beige' or 'PX', todays date on the calendar is huge in both height and width.
What is frustrating is that I don't see a connection between the calendar Mod and the personalisation Mod. Nor do i understand as to how some themes work and others don't.
I'm going to try over again in a bit, if there is any change, I'll post results here But in the meantime if anybody has any suggestions or answers, I'm all ears! |

Make sure to try changing the default font color...I think that is the problem. |

With the hexadecimal code in the my_theme.asp, add a '#' before each hexadecimal value to ensure that everything works properly.
Apperantley if you use a hexadecimal code for the default font colour and the first hexadecimal begins with a number, the calendar displays wrong. If it begins with a leter then there is no fault.
