Would it not be better if forum admins could still browse the forum pages when the forum status is set to down? I am thinking of modding this in if ya'll agree.
The intention of down.asp is to shut down the database for maintenance (not the forum pages per se). However, you might be right that would be times when admins might want to take the forum down without taking the database down.
