I have almost completely installed AU4 in my Snitz Forums 2000 Version 3.4.03.

I'm at the Language Installation part, Do I have to load:

Upload the LangMODS_Ls3kAU4.asp and LangMODS_Ls3kAU4_1033.asp files to your forum.

to my forum? I'm in the USA and have a 90 percent english audience.

LangMODS_Ls3kAU4_1033 is an english language pack. The mod was built making no difference between the existing languages, so english gets its own language pack as the other languages do.

Just do as recommended and upload the files.
