All my users are complaining about problems logging in! I need help! They say that they login on the main page and it goes to a login successful page. Then they are transferred back to the forum and they arent logged in! So no one can post because they cant stay signed in after the sign in successful page. Any ideas? Please I really need answers fast! Thanks! |

Do a search, and next time don't post in more than one forum. |

the reason is because you are using frames. take your forum out of the frames or do a search to see how others have solved the frame problem. |

Hi ttelliott,
Did you make the page yourself by hand coding or did you use a tool to make it? Is this on a free domain site where you www domain is registered?
Becuase this is your code <html>
<head> <title>Talk To Elliott</title> <meta name="description" content="Talk to Elliott in his brand new forum!"> <meta name="keywords" content="bowman, brinkster, chat, elliott, forum, message, talk, to">
<script language = "JavaScript"> <!-- hide start function popup() { window.open("http://banners.dot.tk/banner?fldpromonr=1&fldbannernr=0&flddomainnr=2261480","bannerpopup","height=100,width=486"); } // hide end --> </script>
</head>
<frameset onLoad="JavaScript:popup()" rows="*,1" framespacing="0" border="0" frameborder="NO"> <frame src="http://www22.brinkster.com/elboard/default.asp" name="dot_tk_frame_content" scrolling="auto" noresize> </frameset>
<noframes> <body> </body> </noframes>
</html>
So this is using frames inorder to show a pop ad. Do you have access to the file that contains this code? Access as in hand coding access. Not access through some design program created by the domain or like frontpage but hard core access to the file?
easiet way is to edit the file that contains the above code and make it a splash page allowing a link to click which would carry them to the forum url.
Many blessings,
sacred
