I couldn't find anything regarding this via Searching the forums (believe me I would have loved not to post this..)

I upgraded this morning from v3.3.05 to v3.4.03 by following the steps recommended by ruirib here:

So this morning I:

- ran forum/down.asp to shut down my existing server.
- did a backup of the SQL db
- created a directory on the server called forum2
- copied the new source over
- ran forum2/setup.asp with no errors
- I browsed to forum2/ and logged in as Admin and ran Reset Counts, looked around, etc. everything appeared to be great.
- I renamed forum/ to oldforum/
- I renamed forum2/ to forum/

Now when I browse to forum/ I get the down message and I am redirected to down.asp. When I try to browse to forum/down.asp, I don't get the login box as I did before when I was Admin. What am I doing wrong?
