I have not touched my register.asp page, or anything for that matter; all of a sudden this afternoon, I do not see the confirmation (thank yo for regstering, click on this link to confirm your membership...) when registering as a new user. It's just blank under the normal headers after pressing Submit when signing up as a new user. The new user's info does not get posted to the database.

if you haven't changed anything, then most likely it is the cause of your host. I mean, worked fine before, no changes made, nothing then to cause it to fail but the host, right? can you still post in your forum? Try posting and if your posts do not show up on the forum, then the host most liekly removed the read/write permissions on the database, check that out please. |

We have it currently on our intranet (Win 2000 servers w/ SQL 7), and answering your first speculation, nothing has been done on the permissions for the database, we are able to make posts and reply to posts with no problem- we are now unable to have successful registrations (???) |

Does that page behave as completed or does it look like it is waiting to load? You could insert some Response.End statements at a given part of the page and see if gets posted, if so, move it further down, etc, until you can pinpoint the piece of code that is responsible for the current situation. |
