I have a Forum running OK on one computer, but when I "publish" the entire Forum to a win2000 advanced server using Frontpage, I lost the ability to save new configurations as administrator. It is probably just a Permissions problem but I cant figure it out and need some help.

Don't publish the pages using frontpage. Using FTP is the preferred way to get the forum on your site. If you absolutely have to use frontpage, rather than publishing, just drag and drop the files into a "forum" folder. If you drag the database using frontpage, frontpage will create a folder called fpdb for the database and will set the appropriate permissions on the database. Try those suggests and let us know if it works.
