Like you forum it looks real nice. I like the way you redid the registration form. Did you redo everything to make it fit on the page of a 800x600 screen? I debated about doing that but thought it might be too much hassle.
Some technical things i noticed:
1) your download links url is broken.
2)the join us page gets cut off to the right. It runs off the page and it shows no scroll bar at the bottom to keep reading the text. if you need a screen shot to see what it is doing let me know and I will email a picture of the browser results.
3) your graphics are busted on the announcements' mini pages that show up.
That is a brief 15 minute run through of testing.
