I am having trouble with both the above programs. Neither of them ban an IP address from my site. IPgate logs IP addresses okay though. I have checked the installation 3 times on both programs. I have the latest version of Snitz Forum installed and mods I have installed are:

Active Users (40_17)
Email all Users (34-34c)
IPgate (v087beta)

Please help !!!

This isn't good. Has no-one got any ideas why this is happening ?

I'm running Windows XP SP1 with IIS5. Has anyone else got the same mods listed above with the software I am running?
