Search Form Enhancement MOD

One of the search criteria in this MOD is,
Search for posts by Staff Member
('author' field entries will be ignored if you choose this)
Next to the above is a drop down list that is supposed to show all the staff members, but in my forum is only showing the 3 or 4 names that came as sample with the MOD. How can I get the staff members to show in the list  Any ideas
