in the isAllowedMember function, it starts:
function isAllowedMember(fForum_ID,fMemberID)
	if fMemberID <> MemberID then
		isAllowedMember = OldisAllowedMember(fForum_ID,fMemberID)
		exit function
	end if

can someone tell me when fMemberID would not be equal to MemberID?
