Is there a Test Account?
Also, one suggestion I have on the outset is to make a different Login button just because it looks a little off because it's designed for a white bg. |

I smell an impending RIAA lawsuit coming down the line.
If someone signs up, will they get sued when the site gets shutdown?

I would expect not unless you've actually posted information on where to obtain some of these "movies" .. same deal with Napster I think, not everyone got emails unless they were actively downloading copyrighted material or "offering for download" copyrighted material. |

What else did Napster have besides copyrighted material?

Actually there were pleanty of legitimate uses, and still are for P2P, many muso's I knew were publishing their own music on Napster to simply make it more available to people, they owned the copyright as it was their music so was perfectly legitimate. |

Napster did not have copyrighted material persay. What they did wrong was maintain a list of users and their filenames on one of their own database server (not the files mind you). Peer-to-peer's do not work this way. You can only see what another user has if they are online and if you have connected to them through some kind of client side software. |

Some would say thats actually what they did right as it enabled the tracking of said people breaking copyrights. You right though in the true sense of P2P Napster was not becuase of the centralised server model that they employed. |
