in admin_login.asp there's

RequestMethod = Request.ServerVariables("Request_method")

if RequestMethod = "POST" Then


I wonder what's the purpose of the codes there? Are there any security concerns?

it is to make sure the info came from a form submit rather than someone hacking the querystring and using a GET

ah, I see. Though even it won't hack the system really using GET, this check will filter such actions and free the db from queries.
