Hey fella's

I'm back :)

I Just moded my forum with the top poster functionality. Everything seems to be in order, bet when i click the 'top poster' link, the engine returns following error:

ADODB. Recordset. 1 error '80004005'

SQLState: 42000
Native Error Code: 1064
[TCX][MyODBC]You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'SELECT R_AUTHOR, MEMBER_ID, M_NAME, M_DATE, M_POSTS, M_TITLE, M_LEVEL, M_LASTPOS' at line 1

I can't figure that one out !

hi~ King_toga,

i'm afraid this small mod may not compatiable with MySQL database.
the sql query use some UNION stuff.. and as i know, MySQL seem did'nt support this UNION feature.

really no idea how to fix this problem..

i did'nt have too much knowledge to database. the main point of this mod take from a sql string made by ruirib in this post.

and i have to admit that... i still don't understand very well about UNION in sql query.

i think maybe there is another alternative solution in MySQL can be replacement for doing this UNION job. i just don't know... hope someone else knowing MySQL can help us about this.
