I am think of making a SMS(Short message Service) MOD, which allow you to send text message via your pc to a cellular phone in the world free of charge. After I have searched on internet, I did not find any SMS ActiveX totally free of charge or it has limitions.
Is there anyone would help me out? thanks

It would depend on the country you are in, the UK doesn't have a free one as far as I know.

The SH version (www.shforums.com) do have an sms service and you can download the script. But the script does not work for my country (Singapore).
