is there a mod or anything that DOES NOT count posts in a certain forum
so say u go into a forum with 98 posts
and then u go to the forum where it doesnt count thema dn u post u still only have 98 posts

You can turn off the post count for a forum by editing it. This way the members don`t get their post count increased when writing in there. You mean that?

What version of the forum are you using?, this is standard feature in 3.4, edit a forums properties and set Increase Post Count to No.
