That part is actually on purpose, or rather, that I had to do it since I want to be able to dynamically add new "mainmenu-links" with menus. It's more of a "hoover-menu" than a dropdownmenu, even if I agree a normal dropdown had been looking better.

Edit - Now it really annoys me when I look at the menus :OP I will try to find a better solution to it so it aligns with the first letter in each "main-link". Thanks for pointing it out.

One has nothing to do with the other. IMO, you should display the layer based on the coordinated of the parent layer. Checkout coolmenus from http://www.dhtmlcentral.com they have a very powerful dhtml menu that can be genrated dynamically using javascript or asp.

Thanks, I will check it out, my boyfriend will prolly kill me if I don't "order" the menu-code from him though :P. I think I just have to explain to him better what I need
