 HTML radio buttons in post.asp

I am working on a system that will allow me to control the news on the front page of my site through the forums and I have a few questions I hope you guys can help me out with.

The most important thing is enabling the admin (i.e., me) to post HTML in one of the forums without turning HTML on in Admin Options. So, what I was going to do was add radio buttons to post.asp that would only be visible to the admin that would allow me to switch HTML on, if necessary. Then, in post_info.asp, strAllowForumCode would be set to 0 and strAllowHTML would be set to 1.

1) Whereabouts would I need to edit post.asp & post_info.asp to make these changes for new topics only?

2) Would there be any problems viewing these HTML posts for regular users?

3) Does post_info.asp make any changes to HTML before inserting it in the database? If so, how would I go about disabling this?

Any help, as always, greatly appreciated.
