that still didn't work. Please use a copy of the file on your computer, save as text file, and then upload. Don't try to save it as text from within FrontPage. |

Strange, I can view it in both cases. Well, thanks for your time. I guess I will just go ahead and delete everything. This is way above my head... Thank you Scott

thanks HoT. don't give up yet. I'd wait to hear from your host first about the permissions on the folder. Then if you want, I can get into your site via FrontPage to look at post.asp for you. |

It seems to be something with the way your host configured that folder. It uploads to the folder fine, but then you can't retrieve it. You'll probably need to ask them about that. |

I too am using Mike’s File Attachment MOD. It appears to be working fine; however, I don't get an option to attach a file when I am replying to a specific topic. Is the File Attachment capability only available when you are setting up a topic?
I have also seen strings indicating other MOD’s to do the same thing? Is there a recommendation for the best and the most stable? I am working with the latest supported download (3.4.03) and an Access database.

Nikkol, What file do I need to ask them about ? I sent them a message this morning but no reply, I want to send them out another note. I would like to tell them what file to check. Thanks Scott |
